Michael started his apprenticeship with the Millwright Union 2736 working in a wide range of industries all over western Canada.
Michael has been an active member in the IAMAW since 2006. Serving as a Shop Steward at the Vancouver Shipyard and Vancouver Dry Dock, before becoming the Senior Steward.
Michael is a strong supporter of the Union Labour movement participating in the bargaining unit and various committees over the years. Dedicated to improving our local and advocating for the rights of all members.
